Scope of Additional Services
Odoo Infrastructure Management
Management of Odoo Enterprise On-Premise, Odoo.sh and Odoo Community infrastructures—including server administration, backups and platform monitoring—is not included in the standard Odoo C2i Business Program. When these services are provided under the Gold or Platinum levels, 20 hours of the annual service credit will be reserved for this purpose.
Custom Developments and Third-Party Support
Custom Odoo module development, support for third-party modules and support for existing custom developments are not included within the standard scope of the Odoo C2i Business Program. Whenever C2i agrees to undertake this type of work, it will be handled through a separate quotation.
