Includes:
- Technical support by email for the Add-in, its configuration, and use.
- Updates, fixes, and continuous development of the solution.
- Documentation, manuals, FAQs, and technical resources.
- 5 hours per year of direct technical assistance per company.
- 1 additional hour per year of support via video call per company.
The included hours are annual, non-cumulative, and linked to the active subscription period.
Does not include general support for SolidWorks or Odoo, training, consulting, or custom development.
