Annual ICE C2i Business Program: SolidWorks - Odoo

The ICE C2i Business Program, which includes the SolidWorks and Odoo Integration Module, is renewed annually and provides:

  • Unlimited user access(1) to the SolidWorks and Odoo Integration Module.

ICE C2i Business Technical Support 

The 20-hour Technical Support package(3) included with the annual ICE C2i Business Program can be used for tasks such as:

  • Resolving doubts and queries.
  • Evaluation, analysis, and resolution of potential errors.
  • Assistance in configuring the SolidWorks and Odoo Integration Module.
  • Assistance in creating and managing users and permissions.
  • Definition and requirements gathering for application improvement requests.
  • Review of the design methodology used to optimize the SolidWorks and Odoo Integration.

Training and Initial Configuration

The online training of the SolidWorks and Odoo Integration module is mandatory in the first year, at the start of the service provision, and includes:

  • Assistance in Installation.
  • Initial configuration.    
  • Evaluation and recommendations on the design methodology used with SolidWorks.
  • Training for application users.
  • Training for administrators and those responsible for configuration.

(1) Users must belong to the same company.

(2) All services provided by C2i Change 2 improve will be conducted online. If in-person service is requested, an additional charge may be applied for travel expenses.

(3) Hours will not be carried over when renewing the Program. The client may contract additional technical support hours with C2i Change 2 improve if deemed necessary.
